Shipping and Returns

Every pair of Bredo Cortina hiking boots is prepared and shipped with the utmost care.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders throughout Italy.
International shipping: with BRT courier. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination zone.
Delivery times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered by express courier within 24-48 hours throughout Italy (72 hours for the islands).
Tracking: Once the parcel is handed to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code to follow your shipment in real time.

We want your boots to fit perfectly. If the size you chose isn't right or you wish to return the product:

Return policy: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or a size exchange.
Return costs: The cost of shipping the item back to us is borne by the customer, both for a size exchange and for a return. Shipping the new size out to you is on us.
Product condition: To be eligible for return, the product must be intact, not worn outdoors and returned in its original handcrafted packaging, complete with all accessories (laces and cloth).
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the product, the refund is issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the order.

Send an email to info@bredocortina.it stating your order number and your request (size exchange or return).
We will reply with the exact instructions for the address to ship the parcel to.
Once we have received and inspected the product in our workshop, we will send the new size or issue the refund.
