1. Who we are
This website is operated by BREDO ABBIGLIAMENTO SRL, with registered office at Corso Italia 60, 32043 Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL), VAT no. 00232030254 ("Bredo Cortina").

2. Products and prices
Prices are in Euro, VAT included. We reserve the right to change them, without prejudice to prices already confirmed with an order. The footwear is handmade: small variations in leather and colour from one pair to another are normal and are part of the artisanal character of the product.

3. Orders and payment
The order is considered concluded upon confirmation of payment, using the methods indicated at check-out.

4. Shipping
Free shipping on all orders within Italy. Details on times and methods are on the Shipping and Returns page and in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property
Texts, images, logos and the Bredo Cortina trademark are our property and may not be reproduced without authorization.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the consumer's court has jurisdiction, where applicable, or the court of Belluno.

8. Dispute resolution
For disputes relating to online purchases, consumers may use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure under Articles 141 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), by contacting one of the ADR bodies listed by the competent authorities or the conciliation service of the relevant Chamber of Commerce. For cross-border purchases within the European Union, free assistance is available from the European Consumer Centre Italy (ecc-netitalia.it). The right to bring proceedings before a court remains unaffected.
