Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods, without having to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to communicate your decision to us with an explicit statement (e.g. by email to info@bredocortina.it) or by using the model withdrawal form that you will find at the bottom of this policy.

Condition of the products
You have the right to try on the footwear in order to check its nature, characteristics and fit, as you would in a physical store. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their characteristics and functioning: in such a case we may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to that diminished value. Where possible, we ask you to keep the packaging, tags and any accessories.

Return costs
The direct costs of returning the products are at your expense. You may use the courier of your choice; we recommend a trackable service.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs (if any), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them back. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used, unless otherwise agreed.
